For a fixed, monthly fee you get a customised package of:
An set number of (prioritised) hours for regular web/app updates, reviews and testing
Website hosting, domain name services and app-store management
Ad-hoc calls, emails or meetings for advice
Projects
For larger projects or website or app creation we agree a bespoke set of services.
I typically have a free initial call to understand what you need and whether I’m the right person to help. Then we’ll often run a workshop or requirement-gathering session to understand the approach and goals of the project.
From there we’ll agree a scope and agree a fee for delivery.
